📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support for our respiratory healthcare software, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Document and track customer issues, ensuring a high level of service quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and report software bugs, enhancing the overall product performance.
• Assist in the implementation and customization of our healthcare solutions for new clients.
• Train and educate end-users on the proper use of our software, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in respiratory care.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs to support internal and external users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
• Proven experience with healthcare software, particularly respiratory care solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
