📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards
Perform routine kitchen maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets
Follow food handling and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to food service
Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook Helper or similar role in a professional kitchen
Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, and food processors
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques
Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
