📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and deadlines.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
