📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum strategies that align with the educational goals of the institution.,Oversee the creation, review, and revision of course materials to ensure they meet high academic standards.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to gather input and feedback on curriculum development.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.,Stay updated on educational trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into curriculum development.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the curriculum team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.,Represent the institution at educational conferences and events to share expertise and network with peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation.,Strong understanding of educational standards, assessment, and evaluation.,Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is desirable.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
