📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team, and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's financial goals are aligned with its overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
