📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
