📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track outstanding accounts using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Conduct follow-ups and negotiations with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Generate and submit collection reports to management.
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in collections or debt recovery is a plus.
