Klinik Elsa Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Experience in payroll administration is a plus.
