📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure timely and accurate data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions to address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Strong knowledge of data management and database systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with data entry software and tools.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.
