📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in all HR functions.,Conduct employee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the team on compliance matters.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and contribute to strategic planning.,Represent the company in HR-related activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
