🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing operations and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.,Experience in strategic planning and business development, with a clear understanding of the business environment and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
