📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and tracking progress.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
