📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT solutions.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure project success.,Monitor project performance and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.,Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards throughout all project phases.,Provide regular progress reports and status updates to senior management.,Mentor and coach junior business analysts and project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.,Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.,Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
