📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external networks.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
