📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage a team of sales associates, providing leadership and training.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving store targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
