PT Ekspresi Eka is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
