The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using warehouse management software.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
