In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for managing and executing biotechnology projects, from initial concept to final product launch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage biotechnology research and development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
• Lead a team of 15-20 scientists and researchers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Develop and implement innovative biotechnology solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the biotech industry.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including research institutions, government agencies, and private companies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in biotechnology.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in biotechnology research and development.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing biotechnology projects, from initial concept to final product launch.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Extensive knowledge of biotechnology industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using biotechnology software and tools, such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, and bioinformatics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
