As a Mandarin tutor at Bamboo Cyberschool, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in your students' lives. You will design and deliver personalized lesson plans, engage students in interactive activities, and provide ongoing support and feedback. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Gading Serpong provide an ideal environment for learning, with modern classrooms and resources.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver personalized Mandarin lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
• Conduct interactive and engaging classes using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
• Assess students' progress and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Utilize educational software such as Bamboo Cyberschool's Learning Management System (LMS) and Zoom for virtual classes.
• Collaborate with other tutors and educational staff to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials are readily available for students.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages students to actively participate and achieve their language learning goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• HSK 3-6 certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin as a second language.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage students.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
