Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will work closely with our operations and sales teams to handle all aspects of invoice preparation, processing, and reconciliation.

As a Finance Invoicing Specialist at Wastec International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing cycle, from data entry and verification to approval and submission. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently using SAP and other financial software.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the entire invoicing cycle, including data entry, verification, approval, and submission.
• Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and report on invoicing metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements related to invoicing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements related to invoicing.
