General Affairs Manager - Semarang

PT Restomart Cipta Usaha is seeking a dynamic General Affairs Manager to join our team in Semarang. This critical role will allow you to lead our operational excellence by overseeing company facilities, managing vendor relationships, and developing strategic budgets. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient working environment while driving cost savings and enhancing our overall performance.

As a General Affairs Manager, you'll work closely with our team to maintain and improve our facilities, negotiate with vendors, and implement cost-saving measures. You'll also be responsible for developing and managing our budgets, ensuring that we operate within our financial constraints while still delivering high-quality services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and maintain company facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and production areas
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
• Develop and manage strategic budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by implementing health and safety protocols
• Lead facility maintenance and repairs, and ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus
