In this role, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As an M&E Engineer at Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final handover. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement mechanical and electrical systems for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that systems are installed correctly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
- Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
