📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee night shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of operators and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production lines using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory and material procurement to support production needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 2 years in a night shift environment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
