📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies using advanced tools like Epic Systems and Cerner.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care by supervising clinical processes and quality assurance programs.
• Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in healthcare delivery through data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and JKN.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar advanced certification.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing healthcare information systems like Epic Systems and Cerner.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and JKN.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery models and innovative solutions to enhance patient care.
