📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement effective branding strategies to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
Conduct daily installations at retail outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring displays to meet these requirements.
Monitor and report on the performance of branding installations, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
Train and mentor junior merchandisers to maintain high standards of performance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the tobacco industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of retail regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
