📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our pricing strategy remains effective.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback and use it to refine our pricing strategy and customer retention efforts.
  • Develop and implement customer retention programs to increase customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing strategy and customer retention to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our pricing and customer retention strategies are effectively communicated and implemented.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing strategy and customer retention.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective pricing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
