📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local retailers in Bali’s key markets.
• Conduct market research to identify retail trends and customer preferences.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
• Assist in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both retailers and end consumers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
